General information only
JobCall.com.au ("JobCall", "we", "us") provides free, general job-communication templates, examples, checklists and information. Everything on the site is offered for general informational purposes only, to help you word everyday job-seeking messages and prepare common documents such as resumes and cover letters. It is general in nature and does not take account of your individual circumstances.
Not professional advice
The content on this site is not professional advice and must not be relied on as a substitute for it. In particular, nothing on JobCall is, or should be treated as, legal, employment, workplace-relations, human-resources, industrial, tax, financial, migration or visa, recruitment, or career, education or counselling advice. JobCall is not a registered company, a recruitment or employment agency, a licensed adviser, or a government or official careers, employment or education service. Using the site does not create any professional, advisory, client or agency relationship between you and JobCall.
Sample names, employers and examples are fictional
To show how a template or tool works, the site displays sample content — including example resumes, cover letters, reference lists, messages and tool previews. All names of people, employers, businesses, schools and other organisations, along with email addresses, phone numbers, suburbs and other details shown in these samples and examples, are fictional and used purely for illustration. Email addresses use reserved example domains, and phone numbers are placeholders shown in formats such as "04xx xxx xxx" — they are not real contact details and should not be contacted. Any resemblance to a real person, business, school or organisation, living or otherwise, is entirely coincidental and unintended. Sample content is provided so you can see the format clearly; you should replace every part of it with your own accurate details before using it.
You are responsible for what you create and send
Every situation is different. Please read each template, example and generated message carefully, use your own judgement, and adapt the wording to your own circumstances before using or sending it. You are solely responsible for the content of any message, resume, cover letter or other document you create with the site and for anything you send to an employer or other person. You must provide only information that is true and not misleading, must not impersonate anyone, and should obtain a person's permission before listing them as a referee. If you need advice specific to your situation, please consult a suitably qualified professional or an official source.
Accuracy and currency
We try to keep the information helpful and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is accurate, complete or current. Laws, entitlements, pay rates, workplace rules, application processes and best practice change over time and vary by industry, location and individual circumstances. Before relying on anything, please verify it with an official or authoritative source, such as Fair Work, the Australian Taxation Office, or the relevant government department.
No guaranteed outcomes
Using a template, tool, guide or checklist does not guarantee any particular response or result — such as a reply, an interview, a job offer, or any employment, pay or other outcome. The materials are simply a starting point.
No affiliation
JobCall is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any employer, company, recruiter, job board, educational institution or government agency, unless expressly stated. Any organisation, role or place mentioned in examples is fictional or used only in a general, descriptive way.

Limitation of liability
You use JobCall and its content at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense (whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise) arising from or connected with your use of, or reliance on, this site or its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
