Your achievements 0

Nothing here yet. Add your first achievement on the left. Not sure what counts? Think about:

  • a target you met or beat, or a number that improved
  • a problem you solved or a process you made faster
  • a customer or colleague you helped, and what they said
  • something new you learned, trained someone in, or took on

    Use your achievements

    Back up and restore

A backup is a small file you keep. Restore it on another device or browser to carry your list over.

    Why keep an achievement log?

Most people forget what they achieved within a few months. When a performance review, probation meeting, promotion application or job interview comes around, they’re left trying to remember details under pressure. A short, regular record fixes that. It gives you:

    • Better reviews. Bring specific examples to your probation review or performance review instead of general statements.
    • A stronger resume. Turn entries into results-focused bullets for the free resume builder.
    • Ready-made interview stories. Each entry follows the STAR shape (situation, action, result) used in behavioural interview questions and selection criteria.
    • Confidence. On a hard week, it’s a reminder of what you’ve done.

How to write a strong achievement

Keep each entry short and specific. Say what you did, then what changed because of it. Numbers make it believable — time saved, customers helped, errors reduced, sales made — but an honest estimate (“about 3 hours a week”) is fine. Only record what’s true; you may be asked about it.

    Weak

    Helped with rosters.

    Strong

Rebuilt the weekly roster template — cut rostering time by about 3 hours a week and reduced last-minute gaps.

Record feedback as well, with who said it and when. A line like “Store manager: ‘your handover notes made my week easier’” is useful evidence in a review, and a reminder of who might be a good referee.

    Keeping your entries private

Everything you add is saved in your browser’s local storage on this device. It isn’t uploaded, and JobCall can’t see it. Don’t record confidential company information — describe your work in general terms. Because it lives in one browser, download a backup now and then, and if you’re on a shared computer, use Delete everything when you’re done. See our privacy policy.

    Frequently asked questions

    Where are my achievements saved?

Only in your own web browser on this device (its local storage). They are never uploaded to JobCall or anyone else. That also means they will not appear on another device or browser, and clearing your browser data deletes them, so download a backup from time to time.

    Is the achievement tracker free?

Yes. It is completely free with no sign-up, no email and no paywall on exports.

    What is a brag document?

A brag document is simply a running list of what you have achieved at work: projects, results, problems solved, things you learned and positive feedback. This tracker is a private, structured version of one.

How often should I add achievements?

A few minutes every week or two works well, or straight after you finish something you are proud of. Small entries add up, and they are much easier to write while the details are fresh.

Can I use this on a shared or work computer?

It works, but anyone using the same browser profile could open this page and see your entries. On a shared computer, download a backup and then use Delete everything before you finish.

How do I turn an achievement into a resume bullet?

Start with what you did (an action verb), then add the result, ideally with a number: time saved, customers helped, errors reduced. Use Copy as resume bullet, then edit the wording to suit the job ad.
