I am writing to apply for the Graduate Registered Nurse position at XXXX Health. I recently completed my Bachelor of Nursing and hold current AHPRA registration, and I am eager to begin my nursing career in your team.
During my clinical placements across medical, surgical and aged care settings, I carried out patient assessments and clinical observations, assisted with medication rounds, and documented care in the electronic medical record under supervision. I also worked as an Assistant in Nursing in aged care, where I supported residents with daily living and reported changes to the registered nurses. I hold a current Police Check, Working with Children Check and First Aid and CPR certificate.
